2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Next, another all-star in the DIY/ natural remedy repertoire is Apple Cider Vinegar. Known to be a bit harsher than lemon juice and quite effective, it is more of an exfoliant that peels layers of skin.

Suggestions call for use every 2-3 days so as not to cause irritation or burns. You can mix it with honey to make it less potent. Mix together 1 tablespoon of vinegar with 1 teaspoon of honey, apply, and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water.
